Actions truly do speak louder than words. As always, on point. A magnificent and proactive post to kick off the week. Thank you.

Action changes thoughts, and I either can change by actions or WE let it go

Thank you for this really important reminder of why it can be so easy to slip into the habit of constantly complaining. As you say, the truth is, it is harder to acknowledge the cost of changing or that we don’t the control we want to have. But, if we are really honest with ourselves, it is also very empowering. I am committed to working on my awareness.

Very true, we most of the time dont even notice how much time we spend complaining over things we can't change. We slould just let thing be, just like how we accept how we must breathe

You ever read something and it really pierces the soul like DANG I needed this more than they know? Yeah that just happened

I have found this article to be one of the most profound that I have read; imparting deep, transformative knowledge that has shifted my perspective. It is a gift. As someone who excels in complaining, this is the most motivating force for change I have felt. I hope to do this new found wisdom justice and put the stoic game plan into action!

Thanks, enjoyed your post - when complaining, consciously take a deep breath and let it go - most things aren't worth the complaint - Doctor Lynn

I find this very helpful to all the pessimist out there.

The majority of people complain about the weather - and it is similar to the breathing analogy. You can’t change it so accept the rain or the clouds. Acceptance in life is the answer to all our complaints IMHO. Once you accept then you can change!
