That afternoon coffee that disrupts your sleep. The Instagram app that's always just a tap away. The snacks placed right on your desk. The Netflix autoplay that keeps you up late.

Notice something interesting? None of these are about willpower or motivation.

They're about environment.

Last month, while researching habit formation and productivity, I discovered something fascinating: Our environment has such a powerful impact on our behavior that it can override our conscious decisions without us even realizing it.

Think about your space right now. Every object around you is silently nudging you toward certain behaviors. Not someday or eventually - right now, in this moment.

Today, I'm sharing a completely new approach to breaking bad habits - one that has nothing to do with motivation or willpower. What you're about to learn changed my entire understanding of behavior change and transformed my own relationship with productivity.
